I have enjoyed Dunkin for over 50 yrs. The quality of products have definitely diminished. I stopped in at 8am on a Sunday and there was not much of a selection of donuts. Only one flavor of Munchkins. The donuts I got were stale and the glaze was super sticky. Only found out when I was miles down the road. I will not be stopping at Dunkin Donuts any more.
This place is amazing when the right people are there. Mason and his normal sidekick are amazing with customers. The young lady who has the hair in the ponytail, maybe a supervisor or something is terrible 😔! She seems to judge and be rude to customers! Next time I go, I will remember to get her name. It's important for such a great place to be better at treating customers with more respect. I saw her knocking on a door when a homeless lady had just got in the bathroom...read full review
