Came in yesterday and ordered four Mc doubles with no pickle and a Mc crispy with no Pickle add cheese. They made my food wrong. They had extra pickles on everything and I live 30 minutes away from this McDonald’s so I called them and spoke to a Mail employee on the phone I do not recall his name. He took down my name and what was wrong with my order and said I can come in anytime over the next few days and get it replaced completely free. Today I get off work and I drive 30 minutes out of my way after working a long day at work to come pick up my replacement meal and am told by the manager that they cannot replace my food and I’m basically SOL. Absolutely awful service obviously awful food because they cannot follow directions. It’s easier to put no pickles on a sandwich than to put extra pickles. I’m absolutely pissed and I will be reaching out to corporate as well

The drive thru area:*I waited in the order drive up area for about 8 minutes before a person took my order.*The person who took my payment was very courteous and quick.*I was asked to pull up and wait for my order.*I did that and waited for a good 10 minutes. I counted 8 vehicles that got their orders and pulled away.*I finally got my order. There was no," sorry for your wait, have a good day". There was nothing. I said Thank you, still no response.*I pulled away and went straight home. Did not know the order was incorrect until I pulled it out at home. ?*My order was supposed to be a double quarter pounder, small hamburger, (2) small fries and a small frozen coke.*We received a double cheeseburger, instead of the double quarter pounder. The rest of the order was there.* We were not happy, but ate what was there.*Very disappointed with this location, they are usually really good with everything.
Wanted the Shamrock shake that's being advertised on TV. They had a sign on their window for the shake, too. When we went inside, there was a sign saying they didn't have it. Ugh. We settled on a ice cream cone. We were disappointed. This was the second McDonald's we had tried to get the Shamrock shake, but to no avail.?

I ordered my food through the app however I selected Table Service and entered my number. Apparently they put my order in the mobile to go station, and I only found this out after waiting 10 minutes and going to the front counter. Needless to see the worker I spoke to made it seem like it was my fault and didn't care at all and never apologized.

No working drink machines in the lobby everyone standing around and no one to take my money. Sorry store and an employee that can’t even find a table to bring the food. They should fire everyone and start over. At least the one down the road is half way decent.

McDonald's is a great cheap place to eat.But be prepared for lack of service and lack of supplies as of ice in the machine's ketchup straws etc.
