If you want fantastic cookies this is definitely the spot (my fav so far is the classic chocolate chip). I went here a few days ago to check the place out and was very pleased with the service provided. The lady who helped me (Ashley I believe) was clearly very busy but managed to keep me from feeling rushed. I will definitely continue to come here especially if the staff remains as sweet as the treats they sell.

I love stopping by this great American cookie/Marble Slab ice cream. I don’t have one close to where I live now, but always make a point to stop on my way home. Skyler and Shelby are the best. Skyler actually remembered me even though I stop in less than once a month. You can tell they genuinely enjoy coming to work and make it their business to create a friendly environment. They told me about a sale that I had no idea about and I was able to take even more ice cream home than...

My Engineer Battalion had a family day event. We went to get refreshments. No only did Great American Cookies bake two delicious cookie cakes, but comped the price. Thank you so much to the Turkey Creek Knoxville, TN location for the gift and your employees that made this too easy to complete.
