Gus's World Famous fried Chicken - Lovell Rd

Best chicken I’ve ever had! Prices are reasonable, portions are large. The chicken is perfectly juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Mac and cheese and greens were to die for! The staff was friendly, fun, and the service was phenomenal. If you want chicken this is the place to go!

Friendly service but definitely not the hype they say really no flavor in the chicken n its cooked hard, the beans n greens good n service was good that’s it. Definitely not a place next time I’m area that I have to rush to.

This place is normally my Monday dinner spot. The chicken is always hot, fresh and awesome!!! The wait staff is always friendly and welcoming, and it’s never a long wait for the food! Paige does a fantastic job as a waitress, always making sure our drinks are full and the food is delicious!!

Today was my first visit & now I'm a fan! Food was fresh and delicious. Our server was great. If you haven't had this place, run..go today!

Everything was very yummy. My fried chicken, Mac and Cheese, baked beans, and fried pickle spears. Sweet tea was very good too. Inhighly recommended and will be back.

First time ordering, a request from my son for his birthday. We ordered 20 pieces of chicken and hush puppies. Both the chicken and hush puppies were burnt, and the chicken dry. Not sure what happened, but, for $90, I was NOT impressed. My son has been raving about this place, so, it was a huge disappointment. Especially for him.

This is my second experience with this wonderful fried Chicken all I can say is that I thoroughly enjoy it and it pleases my soul. If you're in the area it's well worth a detour to get some of this fried Chicken ??
The crust is something else it is special a little spicy and oh so tasty

A Memphis favorite that we are sooooo thankful is in Knoxville. I don't like spicy food so middle Tennessee hot chicken is not for me. Gus's has a very nice flavor that is not overwhelming. Oh and the owners are Big Orange fans. Go see them!!

Tasty fried chicken!

The food was very dry and not good at all the chicken and the fries or even the sandwich was so dry that you can't even eat it and so expensive it is not worth the budget .
