The new Cafe that is open for lunch is just what downtown needed. The price point is great, excellent food and service. Highly recommend!

I wanted to order some cookies for my mom's birthday, but the shipping was tricky with her b-day being on a Tuesday, so I contacted the company to see what would be best. Lindsay was so helpful and caring, you can really tell they love their customers! I ended up buying more :) If you're not sure what to get, try the lemon cookies they are unforgettable!

The young lady taking orders was the sweetest thing! The cookies were soft, and perfectly flavored according to their name!

I had an awful experience. I ended up having an awful experience with toast delivery, where they took a picture of the building but did not deliver my food. I ended up calling the shop after Toast ended up, saying that they couldn’t do anything and just to call the shop directly. The shop was so helpful and apologetic for my experience. They even went one further, and Chris ended up delivering my cookies himself. It was the absolute best experience.

Rudest staff on the face of the earth. Cookies etc are delicious, but I was treated like a villain for having the audacity to place a friendly, smiling order. What is wrong with you guys??

Rude and horrible employees. They’re in need of customer service training.

Hope you can teach your employees to treat EVERYONE with the same respect and kindness

I honestly hesitated writing a review about my experience because I hateeeee confrontation but I truly believe this isn’t a reflection on the business but more a bad experience with an employee. I came in earlier this week for some cookies for my MIL’s birthday dinner we were hosting because she’s said for years y’all’s lemon cookies were her favorite. As I was walking in a couple other customers had given me some odd looks (not H&G’s fault) but as I was leaving I had heard the woman behind the counter being kind and polite to the customers she was helping before me. When it was my turn to be helped, her demeanor immediately shifted and she said in a very condescending tone “Can I help you with something?” while staring me up and down. I tried to shake it off and said in a very upbeat and friendly tone that I needed a dozen of y’all’s lemon cookies. She turned around, grabbed a box of them, tossed them on the counter, and said in the same rude tone “anything else?” and as I was standing there I had read the menu where some cookies have tree nuts (and I have a severe allergy) so I asked for more info on if the cookies had almond extract or anything like that (and I made sure to say it was fine if it was baked in the same oven, I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t in the contents of the cookie) to which the woman asked in the same tone if I had read the menu. I immediately re read it and she then said (in same tone) that it’s baked in the same oven. At that point, I was uncomfortable and could tell there was an underlying problem so I just paid, then the screen showed tip options while she just stared me down, so I tipped 20% and left feeling really flustered. Normally I’m one to give benefit of the doubt that she was having a hard day, and maybe she was. I just don’t really understand why she carried that tone with only me:/ Admittedly, I made a video about it that unexpectedly blew up so I’m sure you’ve already heard my story but I wanted to make sure and reach out so you’re not just hearing it from social media. I am a huge believer in supporting a small business and clearly positive reviews don’t lie so I’m 100% sure it was a single bad experience and not a reflection of your business, I just would feel wrong not speaking out about how one of your employees treated me.

On the bright side, my MIL loved the cookies and they were delicious. Just a problem with customer service.

So Amazing! I placed an online order (for home, MN) before we even made it to the hotel elevator! 😍

Awesome cookies.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner when I visited the store, and I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with him. The real icing on the cake, though, were the gluten-free chocolate chip cookies and regular chocolate chip cookies that I purchased, which were flavorful and soft. I highly recommend Ham'N Goodys for their wonderful desserts.

Made a stop before heading up to my hotel room after hearing about how good the lemon cookies were! And gosh they were right! Took a bite of the lemon cookie and it’s definitely one of the best cookies I’ve ever had (and I’m not even into lemon cookies)!!! After hearing that it’s my first time trying it, the lady at the counter said the first one was free! So kind of her! Hopefully I can stop by again to get more before leaving Knoxville!

Love those lemon cookies….and the caramel and almond tea cakes.

A friend gave me a gift card so I came by to get lunch. Sandwiches are made beforehand. My box said chicken salad but had pimento cheese inside. Walked back to see if I could swap it and the door was locked.

Now I'm waiting outside to see if I can get the correct sandwich. At least I had some free time to write a review! 😅
