I ordered a sausage biscuit, clearly per the receipt, during breakfast hours, which is served until 12 noon. Not sure how long this sausage biscuit has been sitting and awaiting a buyer, but it was cold and old. Not appeasing at all. Unacceptable!

The food and service by ONLY The cook was absolutely amazing. However the manager at this location was very rude to the cook which I might add was the only other employee there. I also observed her being rude to multiple customers including myself. The atmosphere at this Hardee’s is off putting. But the food was great and the cook was nice.

I stopped at this place on my way to work wearing my work uniform and I stood there inside the store for roughly 15- 20 minutes first in line with 10-12 people behind and no one even attempted to take my order. I walked out of the store I won't be going back

I just recently visited the store April 2,2024 and as advertised breakfast is served TILL 12 correct? Well if so I shouldn’t have been told they have no more breakfast at 10:37am. If that’s the case the sign needs to change to “breakfast served till 12 while supplies last.” Just a thought, I’m usually the one who is the complainer but I was a little upset since Hardee’s is one of the best places to get breakfast and it wasn’t met to my expectation. And to add to that I placed an online order and they completed my order with taking the points and not being able to give me my order. So not the best experiences ..

Rolled up ro the drive thru at 9:55 am seeing the new signs advertising breakfast til noon when we're informed they are only serving lunch... before 10am sad sad Hardee's breakfast is the only reason your still in business!!!

Was back in the old neighborhood and stopped by for lunch. I prefer their assortment of food options. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and the staff pleasant. Nice, quick lunch option.

Pulled up at the Hardee’s on Clinton Highway it was empty ordered the 5 pc chicken tenders combo the manager was the one taking the order so rude then just basically threw the order to me. Fries tasted as if they had been there for hours all you could taste was grease. Then the chicken tenders were the absolute same way. Not crispy but greasy. Because of how rude the manager was I opted to just get my money back. Such a disappointment because the morning workers are absolutely amazing.

We ordered the big hot ham and cheese. And when we got them they were the size of a regular ham and cheese plus both workers that were in the store was very unfriendly. The cook was on his phone. We stood right there and watched him instead of getting our dinner. We will never return back to this one. And I would advise everybody to avoid itParking: The park and lot was cleaner than the inside of the restaurant

I come in daily for breakfast, it's always fast, fresh, and the service is amazing. I had see morning shift, come together on busy mornings and not bat a eye to make sure every customer is satisfied and smiling when they leave. Hats off to all the employees on day shift. Yaul are the bomb!
