Hardee's is a fast food restaurant that many customers find friendly and efficient. Several reviews mention that the staff is always nice, friendly, and very upbeat. Customers appreciate the quick service, especially during busy times like breakfast and lunch, with staff like MJ, Tootie, Johnathan, and others making sure orders are handled quickly and correctly. The restaurant's food receives high praise, with comments about fresh food, especially the biscuits, which are often described as better than homemade. The burger and fries are also noted as being very good, with curly fries standing out as particularly tasty.
Customers also highlight the clean environment and excellent customer service at the Knox 16 store, where staff are described as friendly and attentive. One reviewer shared a positive experience where the staff managed a large order efficiently during rush hour. However, there was a negative experience involving an employee who was impatient and cut off a customer trying to respond, which caused frustration. Despite this rare incident, most reviews are very positive, emphasizing good service, fresh food, and a friendly atmosphere at Hardee's.
