Seems like a lot of chaos going on. I actually felt bad for the workers. Don’t think they were trained properly or even knew what they were doing. This is a location to steer clear of they are always short staffed and hardly ever have the chicken. I have been to KFC in this area who have help and chicken. On Friday 12/29/2023 they had the rudist people working. Tried to charge $19.00 for a 3 piece chicken dinner that's on the menu for $11.89 and when I asked for my money back they short changed me slammed the window shut and refused to talk to me. I went for the last time tonight. They never get my order correct, and this time left out items. I always have a very simple order too, but it's always wrong. The lack of care that goes into putting someone's meal together is what's going to ruin this location.
