I went for the last time tonight. They never get my order correct, and this time left out items. I always have a very simple order too, but it's always wrong. The lack of care that goes into putting someone's meal together is what's going to ruin this location.
This Kentucky Fried Chicken on Clunto Hwy in Powell needs a true manager. The staff is all over the place. It was taking 4 people to serve the drive thru, while people inside were waiting with no one waiting on the front counter. I waited for 7 minutes inside before anyone even approached me about my order. Very disorganized. The food was hot and good. Their prices have skyrocketed. We stopped for dinner last Wednesday or Thursday and WOW were we in for a treat!!! The best part started with the lady working drive through, wish I had gotten her name, she was the absolute sweetest lady happy and laughing with me made great food suggestions and helped me get our meal!! At the window I got to meet this wonderful beautiful lady, could not have been any better than her!!!
