I ordered a standard (extra crispy) 12 piece family pack + a kids meal. When we got home, there was no kids meal and the wrong sides. No legs in the bucket, and the breasts all had the skin off. My daughter was really looking forward to the French fries, so that was no fun!!

Ordered the $20.00 with drink and 5 nuggetsOnline said it was ready hit there at to go through drive thru and they were out of the chicken I ordered. Waited 25 minutes got the wrong food and left out nuggets. Guy said he put them in the bag but they were not in my bag. We only had five pcs in our bucket they was to be 6pcs. All the chicken was thrown in the bucket and the skin off. Not worth eating when I got home. I understand being short staff and busy but this was in called for.

The signs on the doors say that they close at 11pm Monday through Sunday.But apparently they decided to close an hour early and not inform anyone!

Seems like a lot of chaos going on. I actually felt bad for the workers. Don’t think they were trained properly or even knew what they were doing. On a better note, they were all very cheerful and respectful to the customers. My food was ok, not the best but also not the worst. I’ll try again.Parking: Plenty of spots. Don’t think there will be an issue finding a spot. ?Kid-friendliness: Of course wouldn’t be KFC If it wasn’tWheelchair accessibility: There is a little ramp to roll on

What horrible service. Unfortunately, we decided to go through the drive thru line. It took over 35 minutes to get to the ordering place and that was just with 3 cars in the line. If we hadn’t of been talking and enjoying our conversation, we would have definitely left. What a huge mistake.Stay away from KFC on Clinton Hwy if you want to go through in a timely fashion.

Walked in and stood at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes. 3 workers noticed me standing there but noone acknowledged me. 1 worker continued to text on his phone while others ignored me. I gave them another minute, still nothing then walked out and drive down to Popeyes. This generation is beyond pathetic at customer service. I don't think they could care less!

Ordered chicken tenders from doordash and calls me saying they told him they dont have chicken. What kind of KFC doesnt have chicken? Called the store directly and what sounded like a kid answered the phone. I asked him why KFC doesnt have any Chicken and he laughed, then hung up. Is this location a joke? I lost money because of this and the doordasher didnt get any pay. What is going on

I didn’t get to eat here today, was told they were drive thru only. I can’t rate anything except our disappointment because we were looking forward to the 11 herbs and spices and instead ended up somewhere else where we could sit and eat. It’s been almost four years since this was normal and I don’t understand why they even have tables and a dining room. Do better! People don’t want cold chicken at home or to sit in their cars and eat, would have went to sonic if that’s what we wanted to do!

This is a location to steer clear of they are always short staffed and hardly ever have the chicken. I have been to KFC in this area who have help and chicken. On Friday 12/29/2023 they had the rudist people working. Tried to charge $19.00 for a 3 piece chicken dinner that's on the menu for $11.89 and when I asked for my money back they short changed me slammed the window shut and refused to talk to me. I tried calling back but they didn't answer. Who ever runs this place needs to learn how to run a business.

Very disappointed. We went through the drive through and ordered a 8 piece family meal. Got home and the meal had 1 breast , 1 leg and 8 dry wings. That is definitely not what the meal says it has. $31 and some change. 6 dry wings was not worth $31. Will not be going back

We came to the Clinton hwy. location at 7 pm,with 2 cars in the drive thru! Was told”we are taking dine in orders at this time?People are just standing around in this place, sucking up corporate money.This is not the first time this has happened

Do not order online for this location. As a doordasher this location is the only store I’ve had orders “not there” multiple times. Tonight had the customer call KFC customer service and they saw the order but somehow the store doesn’t have the order. Feel as if the employees just choose not to make certain orders and this is a waste of deliveries and customers time and money. Seems suspicious to me.
