My wedding cake did not come as ordered, and when I inquired about the mistake no remedy was offered and the tone was very flippant. Obviously it’s very emotional to cut into your wedding cake and be disappointed. While it was a good cake, I cannot recommend taking the risk for your special day knowing that it may come wrong and the owner is not interested in making it right.

MALLIE IS MY FAVORITE EMPLOYEE AT HEIDIS! She’s always so kind and welcoming, she has memorized my drink order to a tee! And even when I want to change my order she helps me figure out what to order! Sweetest girl ever. Even if I didn’t like the food/drinks I would come just to talk to Mallie! But the drinks are great! I love Mallie. Keep her employed.

Food was terrible. Broccoli cheddar soup had 2 xs thin slices of a broccoli stem and seeds. The cream puff was heavy like a biscuit. The cannoli wasn't even sweet tasting.

Heidi communicated on a Sunday without missing a beat! Her bakery is beautiful, the food is incredible! We decided to grab two other pre-made casseroles while we were there, and our house guests for the wedding raved over them!
