I waited over an hour for my $25 food just to get a terrible case of food poisoning. I was violently puking all night long and couldn’t even hold down water. I’ve never felt worse in my life and the food wasn’t good at all. I didn’t even eat half because I started feeling sick at my stomach as soon as I started eating.

The Hibachi Factory has been in Knoxville, TN for many years. There are 2 locations, 1 in West Knoxville and 1 on Cumberland Ave near UT Campus. I have tried all the individual protein hibachis, and I have had the 4 different proteins in combination with one another on several occasions over the years. They make great & quick Japanese food and they delivery within a 5 mile radius of the specific location. Therefore deliveries are usually quick as well. You can also go into there 2 different location and order right off the menu, you can call ahead for Delivery or Carryout. I called the UT Campus location and got delivery to UT Hospital not that long ago. Hibachi factory does offer a variety of options with the Entrees and they will customize it if needed. They are offer salads, Egg Rolls, Desserts and their signature Shrimp Sauce that comes with every meal, I normally order extra sauce, its that good. I have been in both their stores, both are nice with Bold Bright colors, the Stores are also clean too.

GARBAGE!!!! Food didn’t even taste like hibachi it tasted like Mexican chinese EW. Rice tasted funky! The almost $3 eggroll was f’n COLD AND I WAITED OVER AND HOUR FOR THIS FOOD. The only thing that was nice was the driver. $25 wasted over trash. Thats pretty down right gross!!! Thanks for stealing my money and serving me garbage. I was better off going to aTacoHELL

I ordered 2 chicken hibachi entrees with glazed carrots and zucchini and onions for delivery and there was only carrots and dried hard chicken so I called about it and they told me to get my money back I had to bring the food back to them. No apology terrible food and terrible service.

This is one of the best places I personally love to get hibachi from, I live in Maryville and I drive all the way out here jus for their food. They might come off as rude or whatever but they are jus located in a bad area of town, they deserve their own place that’s bigger with more employees.

I called to speak with a manager and less than 5 seconds speaking with him he interrupted me saying he’s too busy to talk to me. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! He didn’t even let me get 2 words out. He had no clue what my call regarded nor care. Good luck going to this place. 0/10. Do better. Learn how to communicate better. I’m a paying customer and you don’t care. smh.

The website needs to be CLEAR on delivery area. I was able to go ALL the way through for an order until submitting my payment. Something told me I should call, just in case. Well, I was told they do not deliver to my area. I hate the traffic on Cumberland Ave, and that is the only reason why I wanted delivery.

Website sales open till 10pm at 9:15 Saturday 3-18-23 doors locked employees would not answer questions if closed kept heads down and would not answer phone when I could hear it ringing standing outside door I mean ur business hour are ur concern but at least change web page of ur hours especially in weekends done here

When I used to live in Tennessee, this place was the best. I went there recently and it sucked. Nothing about it was great. So disappointed I didn't even take pictures. I got the combination shrimp and steak. The shrimp are so small and the steak was over cooked.
