This is one of the best places I personally love to get hibachi from, I live in Maryville and I drive all the way out here jus for their food. They might come off as rude or whatever but they are jus located in a bad area of town, they deserve their own place that’s bigger with more employees.
When I used to live in Tennessee, this place was the best. I went there recently and it sucked. Nothing about it was great. So disappointed I didn't even take pictures. I got the combination shrimp and steak. The shrimp are so small and the steak was over cooked.

The Hibachi Factory has been in Knoxville, TN for many years. There are 2 locations, 1 in West Knoxville and 1 on Cumberland Ave near UT Campus. I have tried all the individual protein hibachis, and I have had the 4 different proteins in combination with one another on several occasions over the years.
