I worked at Hibachi Factory (campus and Downtown West) from 2009-2012. Ate the food countless times. Gotten delivery a few times recently, it hasn’t changed one bit. Set your expectations appropriately and you won’t be disappointed.

Taste good sauce is good I like it I think it taste better then other yum yum sauces but it costs money and the rice is one of the best parts and the sauce is very good with the rice I like the

SO; just moved here from South Carolina, and I figured I would try this out. It wasn't a horrible experience. I describe this through pros v cons:PROS:-Customer Service: The folks who work there are definitely not rude.-It is easy to place and order, and a overall convenient location to get your order.-It doesn't taste bad.
