Don't pay attention to the haters - this place is awesome! There are two sides to the restaurant sushi and hibachi. Pick the hibachi for the best experience. The service was great all the way around. A little bit of a wait, but they have to prepare a LOT of food before they come out and cook it in front of you! The show was awesome. They gave us plenty of food. Enough to take home and eat for a couple days. And it was REALLY tasty! Our kids now say this is their favorite restaurant. So we'll be back, I have no doubt.

I told my wife that you don't get hibachi in the Smokies. It's not what they are known for. I was wrong. This is as good as any I have been at.

So, food here is delicious. That said, we ordered 2 orders of shrimp and chicken to go. When we opened at home there were only TWO pieces of small shrimp per order. TWO. Was unable to get anyone to answer the phone with 2 attempts to try to find out where the rest of the ordered food was. You can do better than this. TWO tiny shrimp is hardly worth calling the meal shrimp and chicken.

So dissatisfied. I was leaked on by the ac unit. They didn’t even help us move the table over, and I kept being leaked on. We had a family of 4 and they put as at the smallest table, even though a booth was available and gave the booth to a party of 2. The bathroom was actually the most disgusting public bathroom I’ve ever been in with actual poop on the toilets. I told them about it and they still didn’t clean it. The food was so average. Overall very disappointing for spending $160. Will not return.

We chose this restaurant because my daughter wanted hibachi for her birthday. We also thought avoiding the pigeon forge/Gburg/Seiverville area with our very large party was prudent. We waited an hour and 15 minutes and as a result, they were closing down when we were finally eating. They ran out of C02 so no soda. Seeet tea or water only. They did NOT complain when I got a soda from my car for the kids though!! The food was okay, very rushed and lackluster. All in all, a decent place but could use some improvements. They don’t accept reservations and even if you call ahead to let them know about a large party, it will not matter. You’re going to have to wait for the entire area population to eat before they seat you. The salad was awful and drenched in cheap ranch dressing. Soup tasted of bouillon only. Rice was undercooked and crunchy.

Usually the food is terrific here. We placed a to-go order at lunch time. When we picked up the order everything was ready as always. But the chicken in our dish was hard around the edges and dry. With the restaurant only being open a short time that day it should've been fresher. Spent $30.00 on food where you couldn't even eat the meat was very disappointing
