I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gourmet’s Market & Café in Knoxville. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. Our server, Stephen, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and truly cared for.

Came in late. Sat at the counter. My server (didn’t catch her name) was wonderful; I gave her my top three lunch sandwich choices- she recommended the pulled pork Cuban. It was fabulous. Highly recommended. Never felt rushed even though - as I left - I saw I must have been the last customer of the day.

Employees greeted us kindly. Host was polite and patient under the stressful Sunday brunch crowd. I was looking for a filling meal . Ordered the chef salad because it said braised chicken , turkey, bacon, eggs and for $16 I just knew it had to be a great portion. Well there wasn’t any chicken. Must have forgotten it. The turkey looked like deli slices diced up and a piece of bacon spread across it to top off a small to medium size bowl. No it didn’t satisfy me. And I was finished...
