The best wings anywhere. There staff always does a good job with keeping our tea glasses full. No calendar models working at JC but, they keep the atmosphere going just fine.
I am staying next door! I set a timer for 15 minutes at least 4 of the ladies was immediately was prompted to assist me as always big smiles and ready to meet my needs! Definitely 5 stars 🌟 personalities win again! Thank you all so much the wings are amazing!

Food is subpar - definitely not what it used to be. Chicken sandwich not crispy at all. Truthfully just a sandwich of overly sauced mush. Mild medium sauce tasted identical and left our group wanting more flavor. We definitely have to just stick to wings in the future. Server was super nice and friendly but not overly attentive, especially after food was put down - I think she came by one time to check and once you pay. We go to Hooters every year in memory of my husband since he has gone to Hooters at his birthday time since he was a kid - a tradition I had hoped to keep alive for our son and his family; but I always leave wanting something more.

Looking for something past 9 pm and found this Hooters. Lots of parking, and we were able to be seated quickly. 5 of us (3 kids, 12,14,17) and there was something for everyone. Place was clean and server was on top of it. Drinks came quick and she took our order quickly. This place is definitely worth checking out.

The food and drinks here are exactly what you'd expect from a Hooters—solid and consistent. Big bonus points for pouring a proper pint of Guinness, which not every place gets right.
The servers were friendly, and the atmosphere was... well, let’s just say it lived up to the brand. Plenty of TVs around, so it’s a good spot to catch a game and relax with a cold one.
Been going to this location for years for lunch but over the past year the service is just terrible. Cost of lunch as greatly increased but service is just awful. I meet my family for lunch here on Wednesday. Hostess sat us at a table and we waited 15 minutes and was never greeted by a server. There were only 4 tables with customers in the restaurant. 3 servers standing or sitting at the bar talking or on their cell phones. Manager sitting at bar doing paperwork it looked it. And yet no one could wait on us. We got up and left and went somewhere else. I advised the servers sitting at bar we were leaving and they looked surprised but could care less. The bad part is, this is the norm now at this location. Servers always sitting doing nothing at the bar while customers are waiting. It would not surprise me in the least if they just close the doors. If want to go to hooters, I recommend going to the Kingston Pike location as this one is just God awful with service.

Hooters is definitely an experience. In my eyes, it's akin to performance art but I digress.
The Hooters at Merchant Drive is clean and welcoming, with a fun little merch stand right as you enter. My partner and I were seated quickly and despite seemingly working every table during a moderately busy lunch rush, our server was peppy and attentive, making sure to check on us multiple times during our meal. Shout out to Jacqueline - you were rad.
And in a world where your buck doesn't seem to go as far anymore, Hooters' $9.99 lunch deal is fantastic - my partner's grilled cheese & chilli was the most American grilled cheese we had ever eaten while my burger was juicy, flavorful, and held its form (which feels like a rarity in this day and age). Our total bill was $32 pre-tip and we were left full, as a good meal should leave you.
Many people see Hooters as a fallen giant of a bygone era but to me, Hooters is one of the last holdouts of the wonderful weirdness that keeps the last embers of my love for America alive.
