Tried Hot Birds for the first time a few days ago and was really impressed. I got the signature sandwich and fries, spicy. It was just the right amount of spice, not overpowering. And the fries were great. We’ll be coming back!

Delicious food, great service, even better people. Me and a couple friends ate here and after we had finished eating we spoke to the owner for at least an hour and a half. Told us how he got started and he just shared tons of knowledge to a group of teenagers. Truly the best experience i’ve had at any local restaurant. Will be back, wishing the best for him and business.

Best hot chicken sandwich in Knoxville by far and rivals any I've had in Nashville. Can get anywhere from no spice to hot, and I mean hot. Always cooked fresh to order. Super nice people. The sandwich itself is awesome. Comes with cole slaw and house made sauce. Fries are good and get a brush of seasoning. Mac n cheese and banana pudding are awesome as well. We go all the time.

Food was delicious, some of the best service i've personally have had. After eating the owner came out and talked to the group that I was with. Dude was just a plain old nice guy. Talking about how he got started, and even giving me and my buddy's some advice about what to do with our lives. Definitely will be coming back and wishing the best for this business.

Amazing Food Great Service and Great people. I got the #2 Combo and it was nothing short of amazing. Fresh chicken with an amazing dry rub type seasoning. You got a good taste of all the flavors and ingredients. The new fry's were nothing short of amazing and featured a great crust.

This place is great! We’ve picked up once and ordered through Uber eats 3 times now. Even with the 25 minute drive from here to our house the food has always been hot and fresh. We’ve had the sandwiches and loaded fries. We love this place! 10/10.Parking: You park and they bring your food to you.

Hot Birds is a local hot chicken restaurant. I give them a 4/5! In my opinion the chicken could be hotter, but I also love extremely spicy food. Therefore, most would give them a 5/5. Their signature sauce is only a bit too sweet in my opinion. The atmosphere is non existent as they will bring your food to your car. I don’t believe they offer dine in options. Their service is A1! However, they only deliver to West Knoxville. Overall, Hot Birds is a must try! Love the work they have done!

Wow - this chicken is amazing! I got the mild tenders and the signature spice blend is just incredible. The chicken itself was extra fresh and juicy. Also, possibly the best cole slaw I have ever had. The hot chicken sandwich my friend got was really delicious, too - nice level of heat, while still tasting all the flavors.Parking: Pull right up to the back door patio area and someone will bring your order right out. It was fast.

I ordered Hot Birds for the first time yesterday through the link on their Instagram. I ordered the combo chicken sandwich (mild) with fries, and requested no pickles. Upon returning home, I discovered pickles on my sandwich. Before I could form an opinion, one of their staff reached out to identify and apologize for their error, and even offered to remake the order. I was impressed by their humility and attention to detail. They also threw in an additional tender free of charge, much to my delight! I will definitely be ordering again in the future (mild was definitely mild—I’ll up for the next level up next time!). Great work, Hot Birds!
