Delicious food, great service, even better people. Me and a couple friends ate here and after we had finished eating we spoke to the owner for at least an hour and a half. Told us how he got started and he just shared tons of knowledge to a group of teenagers. Truly the best experience i’ve had at any local restaurant. Will be back, wishing the best for him and business.
Best hot chicken sandwich in Knoxville by far and rivals any I've had in Nashville. Can get anywhere from no spice to hot, and I mean hot. Always cooked fresh to order. Super nice people. The sandwich itself is awesome. Comes with cole slaw and house made sauce. Fries are good and get a brush of seasoning. Mac n cheese and banana pudding are awesome as well. We go all the time.

Tried Hot Birds for the first time a few days ago and was really impressed. I got the signature sandwich and fries, spicy. It was just the right amount of spice, not overpowering. And the fries were great. We’ll be coming back!
