Service was fast for food.cooked to order. Appetizers were hot and crispy and my daughter said her soup was hot and savory. Looks very popular with the local residents. Parking can be difficult during school hours or busy hours of the day. They serve boba and milk teas. Staff was friendly and helpful with selections. Will return!

We ordered this to-go as my husband works nearby. We did the three protein hibachi and noodles, as well as the crab ragoons. All meats were amazing. The steak was tender and juicy, the chicken was as well. The shrimp were huge and flavorful. We enjoyed it all and will definitely be back. The crab ragoons were crispy and thin. The only critique I could muster is I wish they had a bit more filling. Will be back!

We enjoyed our meal so much! The chicken teriyaki and chicken yakisoba were excellent!
We also tried the Philly cheese steak eggrolls and tempura shrimp ramen.
Everything was freshly prepared and the staff was exceptionally friendly.
Absolutely will come back!!

This place is sooo good. Came over for my son's birthday. We always look for mom & pop places. This is it!! Food was great. So flavorful. Shrimp teriyaki, steak teriyaki, veggis were so sweet & tender, dumplings & Boba tea. Very reasonable. We drove 40 min & we'd do it again
My favorite hibachi place in knox!

Little hole in the wall resturant, but it is SO good! The service is amazing, and the food is fresh, delicious and filling. The dining area is small, so I woukd not recommend for a larger group.

None of the food was… good. It was a to go order so maybe they just screwed me over because I wouldn’t see it in person, but it was genuinely inedible. And i’ve eaten boiled chicken with salt and pepper. The pork belly wasn’t chashu, it was dry, it had broccoli, the broth had no flavor, and the noodles were… udon noodles? Genuinely the worst ramen i’ve ever had in Knox. Maybe it’s just that they aren’t very good, and their other food is great. I’ve heard great things about the place but that was just unacceptable for the price.

Great Hibachi close to campus. Perfect for after class lunch. Some of the better Hibachi I have had in Knoxville.

Tried Hungry Sumo for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised! The food was flavorful and fresh. The steak stood out the most. Super tender and perfectly cooked, definitely outshined the chicken for me. Overall, a solid experience and I’ll definitely be back for more!
