IHOP in Knoxville

“Everything about breakfast was just fine. Unfortunately this franchise owner thinks they're better than I hop themselves and instead of the $6 meal which is a reason we went to IHOP because we normally don't get a chance to go during the week, this franchise owner takes it upon himself to charge $7 against IHOP advertisement on TV that I just saw during the University of Tennessee baseball game. I think that franchise or not they should have to follow the rules of the main company, otherwise he's making a dollar more off the customers coming into his store compared to what the advertisement says.“

“The avocado bacon cheese steakburger was very good! My husband had the strawberry French toast ....so yummy! It's our new favorite instead of Dennys which seems to have a problem with their food supplier. Every time we go to Dennys, we have to look at the list of all the things they are out of. Why advertise a special breakfast like banana caramel waffles if you're out of caramel or bananas or don't even have the waffles?? We now go to Ihop if we want a decent breakfast. 😉“

“The server was clearly out of her element and should choose a different career path to be nice about it! A different server had to do her job for and if it weren't for the other server, we would have never gotten our food or drinks. Sorry I don't recall the names of the servers unfortunately. If you get a good server then you'll have a good experience because the food was great, but the service was atrocious and the worst I've ever seen honestly.“
