Very very slow even when not busy

This place has always been too small and crowded, even when not busy. It's the worst building design. If you're not in the back, you're practically in the kitchen and it's noisy. Despite all that I still didn't mind going here every once in a while for (late) breakfast with family. Last visit was especially terrible. They were extremely busy and I always try to keep that in mind and don't mind being patient. Got our food, but didn't get any silverware until we asked. Even then...read full review

I hate to give bad reviews but it was the worst breakfast I have ever had. Eggs were like rubber, gravy was plain have, no favor and the biscuit was not a biscuit. I've been to other IHOP s in Virginia, they were good. I will not return or recc6 this
