I wish I could comment on the food but it never arrived. Went in at 7pm, had our orders taken 15 minutes after waiting on the server. Afterwards she sat two other tables, who had their orders taken, given, and full plates eaten entirely before we checked our phones to see an entire hour and a half passed by. We flagged down our waitress, who didn’t even check on us that entire time, and asked about how much longer we would be waiting. That’s when she informs us that my meal wasn’t being made because they were simply out. Then asked what I wanted instead. I normally would be okay to order something else but it would be more useful to know that AN HOUR AGO before we flag you down to remind you that we existed. I didn’t want to wait another hour for a meal so we took our business elsewhere. Left at 8:45pm Highly disappointed. Don’t waste your time nor money at this location.

I saw what I thought was a homeless person smoking pot in the parking lot when we pulled up. Turns out it waa the cook, who filled the entire restaurant with his pot smell when he came it. Probably explians why the staff was less than enthusiastic to serve us. We left immediately.

Literally had to take back 3 plates, I'm not a person that makes a big deal about my food or my service. I have very few reviews and even when I have an opinion I never want to make a business look bad. But the steak was supposed to be medium rare, it's well done, my fries were burnt, my nephews pancake was disgusting and soggy from juice before it got to the table, my daughter got strawberries for her happy pancake combo and none were on it. Waited forever on our food, including have to rewait for all the remade food that wasn't made correct. They were dead inside, so no it wasn't busy. I got the steak back and it was more done the last time than the first... I know our waitress was probably upset, and it's not her fault but this was the worst "nice restaurant" experience I've ever had. Second time in Knoxville that this has happened. Then my food was literally taken off the table, when I personally said if there is food on the plate leave it for boxes for us to take with us. I literally got 10% taken off the entire Bill not just my bill when my steak was literally 17.99 and I still paid $45 to eat nothing. I wasted my money coming here I understand you guys literally have a million other customers and just one doesn't matter but my family won't be back. I am so disappointed in not only the food the quality of the food the price that I had to pay for food that I didn't even get to eat but also food that God discounted that I didn't even have it wasn't even my part of the bill.

This place has always been too small and crowded, even when not busy. It's the worst building design. If you're not in the back, you're practically in the kitchen and it's noisy. Despite all that I still didn't mind going here every once in a while for (late) breakfast with family. Last visit was especially terrible. They were extremely busy and I always try to keep that in mind and don't mind being patient. Got our food, but didn't get any silverware until we asked. Even then there weren't any knives included and we had to wait because they didn't have any clean ones. There were only three of us and only two of us got our drinks. Food items are ready at different times after being cooked, understandable. But each item was brought separately on its own plate so there were so many plates on the little tiny table. To top it off, there were TWO long hairs on my food. Quietly brought it to the server's attention, and they distractedly said sorry we'll give you a discount and quickly took away the plate. I'd rather have not paid for the full meal. One of the people I was with took the check, so I honestly don't know if they even gave a discount. Finally to the point where I won't be returning.

Did a to go order as we have many times. I substituted the hash browns for extra eggs and the sausage for extra bacon as I have countless times for months on the family waffle feast. Was told on the phone this was fine as usual and got there was then told they couldn't substitute anything per their new GM. This was after my card was charged and the food was cooked and I drove there to get it. If you have already told someone that you can substitute then tell them you can't do it next time and fulfill their order.

Well 50 minutes after arriving we decide to leave but was told food is ready. They place it on the table... everything was cold (breakfast is generally hot or at least warm biscuits, gravy, hashbrowns) This pmace is supposed to have famous pancakes and they were crunchy to the touch from sitting under a heat lamp. There were multiple customers waiting for food but there were 10 or more plates under the heating elements. WHY? While waiting for our food my husband watches as employee as the guy uses a rag to clean floor under the table, then this employee used the same rag to wipe the booth bench & then he wiped the dining table!!! WTH??? Who trained this guy? Then there were the forks they didn't look "clean" & there was crusty stuff on the outside of the drinking glass!Parking lot is small. Would not ever return here. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Sorry but truth! Could not rate below a single star.
