I had a pickup order that was ready but it took over 30 mins for the hostess to come back. I got so tired of waiting I had to ask a server who gave me attitude when I asked for my food. Will not come back the food was cold as ice and we had to reheat it. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

The only real issue with this place is they're so obviously understaffed it's ridiculous. I watch people walk back out in droves because of the wait times. I feel bad for the staff. They are obviously overwhelmed so, understandably, more likely to mess up or forget things. I know that it's easier said than done these days, but get some more staff! It's not fair to the customers or the employees!

Several recent visits have been less than satisfactory. The restaurant is understaffed with long waits. Foyer floor is dirty which is not a good introduction to the business. The store has seemed to go downhill over the last few months. The staff, however, is welcoming and pleasant which has been the highlight of our visits. Even so, we won’t be returning. 🙁

Sitting Duck

The avocado bacon cheese steakburger was very good! My husband had the strawberry French toast ....so yummy! It's our new favorite instead of Dennys which seems to have a problem with their food supplier. Every time we go to Dennys, we have to look at the list of all the things they are out of. Why advertise a special breakfast like banana caramel waffles if you're out of caramel or bananas or don't even have the waffles?? We now go to Ihop if we want a decent breakfast. 😉

Our waitress was really kind and helpful. She got everything right and even gave us an extra milkshake for free. She was the best. I know we were a handful cus there were so many of us (mostly children). If I could remember her name, I would give her full credit.

July 4th, busy busy busy. Customer service was lacking with one employee who was very dismissive with my requests. Just coz you're busy doesn't mean you ignore your customers.

The kids said their pancakes were delicious, my ham n cheese omelet was too greasy, and hash browns were overcooked. The wait was kinda long, but they were short on staff. The waiter was pleasant.

Food is good, if you can get a seat. Half the restaurant is empty but they won't seat anyone for 35 minutes, after we had already been there for 30 minutes waiting. Horrible service, and not just this one time. It's like this every time I try to go to this location

Waited 15 minutes before a hostess came out with a ton of to go orders. I asked if I could be put on a list to be seated and she said they had a 30 minute hold on the door where they weren't taking anyone because the kitchen had to catch up on to go orders. This is on a Sunday morning with maybe 10 other parties waiting to be seated and being ignored no communication on what's going on and more than half the tables are open and available for seating. Totally unacceptable to prioritize to go orders with an almost empty restaurant on a Sunday morning with 4 waitresses sitting around on their phones.

This place had the worst service ever. It was so slow to get our drinks & over an hour to get food. We had to complain just to get our food. We were supposed to be somewhere & we were way late & the food was definitely not worth the money or the wait! Will never go back there!

I placed a curbside order online and pulled into a curbside spot. I called to check in and it said the line was busy so I continued to call every couple minutes. I waited over 15 minutes trying to call because I have a fussy 2 year old and didn't want to go inside. However I finally went inside. Sure enough my food was sitting there. The girl then told me they do not offer curbside, and they require everyone to come inside, although it most definitely did not say that on the app. Then I asked her if I could have my beverage that I ordered And she told me they were out of orange juice and I would have to contact someone else to get a refund. On top of waiting forever, having to go inside with my toddler and not having orange juice.
She was rude and now my food is cold and soggy.
