Honestly so disappointed. We arrived at the location at 1:45, we were told someone would be with us shortly. Shortly after we’re told to follow someone to our table, she walks by a table and taps it, then walks another direction stops and goes to a table and starts talking to what we assume to be a friend and was confused on why we were just standing there. Someone else told her it’s because she never told us where our table was, just said to follow her. Fast forward, finally seated 1:50 cool, we ask for a kids drawing thing, they don’t have any. We get a high chair. Boom. it’s now it’s 2pm and we walked out after waiting and not being acknowledged by a waiter to get drinks or anything. We’re now at Waffle House to eat. Immediately sat down, and was greeted within minutes of arriving.

This was our 3rd visit to this location. Our past 2 experiences were positive. Today, however, was not. We sat for 5 min before the server came out, telling us she wasn't notified we'd been sat. She brought our drinks in the paper cups, stating that the glasses were dirty and she'd switch them after the glasses were clean. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. People who arrived after us received their order 1st. An older couple that was there before us didn't get served until after us, so they had waited over an hour for their meal. When we received the check, the server stood in front of me and said she'd "take care of it right now." I told her I was still eating, and it would be a bit. The whole location was very disorganized, the servers were loud and arguing, and the restroom hadn't been cleaned. I doubt we will go to this location again.

Went here for breakfast with my son. After a rather long wait they brought out half of my meal. Then, a few minutes later, half of my son's meal. Then, a few minutes after that, the other half of my meal. And, finally, the other half of my son's meal. Also, noticed on the way out that they received a 91 on their health inspection. I've worked in restaurants for 20 years, and you have to be pretty gross to get that low.

I probably had the best mushroom spinach omelette. I’ve had in a long long time and had the most pleasant waitress you know sometimes they’re slow because they are short staffed, just chill out and relax. Enjoy your food and carry on.

Kitchen staff loud and profane. Spent time in dining room. No host sat myself and had to interrupt server to order. Manager on duty loud. The staff here is extremely loud no respect for customers

Caught employees did not wash their hands after use restroom, eat chew customers foods before service and smoking vapor through cook station in kitchen by my target eyes. I'm going to file report to health department. What is so disgusted and gross restaurant ever I visit in my life. Put " 0 " review star 🤢🤮😡. Beware people don't go there " GROSS !!!!!!!"
