Need to close the doors if you don't have the staff to cover. We walked in, took over 10 minutes for anyone to come to the front to seat us. Then another 16 minutes to be greeted by a server.....who didn't look like a server at all-Black sweatshirt and khakis on. This location is an absolute train wreck and we've given it chance after chance.

Went here for my middle ones birthday, he absolutelyloves pancakes. The service was immaculate! Our waitress was so patient with us and our drinks hardly got half empty before she asked about refills. Never were we pestered or rushed. It was a very pleasant experience. My oldest even tipped her extra out of his own money, because of how kind and attentive she was.
Food was good. I just feel bad for the staff lol or lack of staff 1 staff member for 30 costumes.

Stopped in for breakfast, and almost everyone called in our laid out of work, but the ones that showed up did everything in their power to make it a good visit. Service was a little slow, but the food was good and the staff that was there were friendly and nice. Several customers that wanted a table left, but they missed out. Kudos to those that worked that day!

Ordered the chocolate chip pancakes and not only were they the wrong order, but they were also burnt. Wouldn't recommend the pesto crepe, they forgot to take the cheese off, and didn't receive silverware. Very disappointing after waiting so long.

I’m not mad I am UPSET.. there was only one cook and one server/host (from my understanding and we went in kinda late but ordered Togo) I understand waiting and whatnot I don’t care to one bit, but this is what I don’t understand. I ordered the new breakfast sandwich, which is SUPPOSED to come with 2 FRIED EGGS, 2 strips of bacon, AMERICAN CHEESE, and cheese sauce. I did NOT get a single egg on my sandwich nor American cheese, they put shredded cheddar cheese instead. I took it apart and literally cried. I got up and had to go cook my own egg(s) for my sandwich.My husband got the Colorado omelet and he said no onions. It’s SUPPOSED to come with beef, bacon, sausage, ham, GREEN PEPPERS, onions, cheddar cheese, and SALSA. He did NOT get green peppers or the salsa!I did not take photos because I was too upset and too hungry and honestly didn’t plan on leaving a review.

The food was very good I hop has stepped up their game large menus and good quality food. The staff here was the nicest I had experienced in a very long time. The bathrooms need a little work but the food and service was legit.
