We went Sunday June 1st and this place was closed. There was a sheet of plywood covering the back door.
Our relatives had just been there the weekend before so not sure when it will reopen.

Nothing any worse than place an order come to pick it up and being to it's not quite ready by two different employees and then half an hour later being told they don't have your order. We. On average pick up an other once a week, and lots of time something is not correct or not as ordered but with not that many choices of restaurants in my area you can overlook the small mistakes but to be lied to by multiple employees and waiting an half hour after it was supposed to be ready and still don't have it!! Then try to call and talk to a manager and their phone is turned off. It will be a cold day in hell before I will ever use that restaurant again, not sure how they stay in business which usually not more than 2 or 3 customers inside. Ihop Mountain Grove Knoxville Tennessee should be CLOSED until a capable manager can be hired!!!!!!!

Ordered takeout. Eggs Benedict came with no hollandaise and no hashbrowns. It came with 2 packets of ketchup. What am I supposed to do with that?? It was gross and shows pure laziness and lack of caring what so ever.
If zero stars were an option that would be it. We have been driving past this location for a while to go to other ihops. Tried to go today, waited for 10 mins with no server or acknowledgement, and left. When are they going to close this location so we can get something decent in south Knoxville?

We came in around 630PM. The waitress was prompt with orders and very nice. Last time we were here about a year ago we had a an extremely long wait time. This time was perfect! And the food was quite good. I am allergic to gluten so I don't eat out often, even cross contamination will give me severe headaches. But I haven't had pancakes in years so I decided to try their gluten free option. They were so fluffy I had to check with the waitress she had brought the correct ones. They were very good, and no headaches! I am very happy with our dining experience.

Health inspector came in as we arrived and we had to wait to get our food. Order was inaccurate and personality of one waitress was not very pleasant. We patiently waited for our food and did not complain. Manager was M.I.A. Our waitress was very pleasant and did a good job. Time was 2 in the afternoon. Not mad just disappointed.
