Food is excellent here. Highly recommend the farm egg and pork osso bucko. Service isn’t the best and they kinda sell you on things you don’t realize you’re ordering. Stuff like “can I bring you guys some bread while you’re waiting?” And the bread costs $10. Otherwise good tho
I recently attend a business dinner at JC Holdway's. I consider myself fairly well traveled and would put the service here at a pretty hight bar. I think the thing that stood out the most was how welcomingly we were greeted. It set the mood for the entire evening and generated a real sense of hospitality. Thanks for a great evening and enjoyable food.
We had the absolute best experience. Parks was our waiter and they did amazing!! Everything from the hostess to all the wait staff was amazing. I have not had food that delicious in a long time in Knoxville. Every dish was perfect. We had the Uncle Joe’s party plate, slow cooked farm egg, mafaldine, and the braised pork osso bucco. We still think about the slow cooked farm egg. It is like a chicken soup with gnocchi. It tasted like a warm hug. The mafaldine was perfect. Adult...
