One of the best kept secrets in town! Great owners! Great staff! Great sandwiches, fries, etc. my favorites are the club, the corned beef sandwich, and the chicken cordon bleu (pictured)

It's a greasy spoon pub/bar; not what I would consider a 5 star establishment. However, the food and service were both 5 star!

Okay so you know I rarely get five stars. This time I'm delighted to. Been meaning to come to this little roadside joint for a while and really glad we did.
It's one of those iconic places that so often goes out of business. I hope this one never does because it has everything going for it that you would look for in a local Hometown diner joint.
I say that as a supreme compliment. Everything is as genuine and real as you can get, from the people to the atmosphere to the food.
How many places do you go where the manager comes over to check on you every once in a while and the owner drops by for a 15-minute chat.
The burgers are top-notch but if you're really hungry I'd recommend a double.
One the best Reubens I've ever had.
Really reasonable prices and they do take plastic.
It may be 15 miles away but we'll go out of our way to visit again.

I don't leave a lot of reviews on Google, so when I do I hope they are impactful. I have been driving or riding past this place for the last 47 years never stopping. I had my first ever lunch there today. The food was excellent and the service was probably the best I've had in the last 10 years, At any restaurant at any price level. All of the ladies there today were extremely helpful and extremely kind. I will return again, I can't believe I waited this long to try them out

We all had subs, so we didn't get to try the burger(for sure the next thing we will try). I had the ham sub,it was great! My husband had the roast beef, and he loved it! My daughter really enjoyed her fried pickle spears. We definitely can't wait to try the burgers next. Delicious little hidden gem!
