One of my DoorDash customers left me with the most freaking delicious Pad Thai I've probably ever had, and I've been to Thailand three times now too. Had they waited just a second longer they'd have been writing this review instead of me.

I went to this location to pick up an order on Saturday, February 1st. They were showing as open online so I ordered a pick up (to-go) order. When I drove over their sign showed open as well. They denied me entry and said it was closed for the day and no food was being served. I have been calling for over a week to try and reach someone about either getting the order made now or getting a refund and have received nothing and no calls back. I wouldn’t waste your time with this place as they clearly value scamming you out of money over providing an actual service.

Disrespectful managers. The pho is not pho. There is MASSIVE white onions floating in it. Pho has small green onions/chives. They don’t give you jalapeños, chili oil or the soy/hoisin sauce to put in it. It comes pre made and is so dark and not original pho.
To the reply: My information is accurate. But being called a liar is very disrespectful from a manager. I have been to Thailand and Vietnam and this is not accurate. Bida Saigon is the place to go!
Look at the responses to reviews from the manager. So disrespectful, talking down to people and customers like we’re not allowed to have an opinion. Very unprofessional.

Vegetarian options: You can add meat to selections, so I guess if you don't, then it's vegetarian?
I discovered this place on Door Dash and let me tell you what a jewel I found!! The food has been on point every time I have ordered. My Son loves fried rice and he was pleasantly surprised when he tasted it for the first time. Win win for both of us!

Food is pretty good. Not the best Thai food I’ve had but since Taste of Thai closed, it’s my go-to in Knoxville. Serving sizes are pretty big for the price. I prefer to get take out rather than dining in, as parking is limited. I’ve had probably 5-6 different dishes and liked all of them.

The cashier/server was friendly and helpful, but there's was no follow up after she delivered our meal. The food was just okay, nothing to get excited about. Our experience may have been better if it hadn't been so hot inside the restaurant.
