Food was great. Maybe a little pricey. I waited five minutes past my quoted time, but food was awesome and spice was good. Also, accuracy was spot on with no carrots and peas in fried rice.

Miss-advertisement. This is far from what Thai kitchen is like. Should just be called “Extra deep fried Murican food with a hint of Thai” lol
Note: Response from the owner below states that apparently I chose an item from their House menu (fried chicken & shrimp fried rice) which they do not consider Thai food. Question remains, is this a Thai house place or not?

I hate leaving bad reviews. Especially to a place I love so much and frequent often. The food is great. However, this time I ordered off Uber Eats and got my food and after several delicious bites… I gashed my mouth open in two places after chomping down onto a sharp piece of broken glass that was in my food. I then didn’t feel comfortable eating the rest of my food. So I decided to throw it out. I called Jai Dee and it went straight to voicemail, so I left a message and no one got back to me. When I contacted Uber Eats about the issue they wouldn’t do anything about it and said my pictures didn’t line up with my issue?? What do you mean? I sent pictures of my food and the glass that I pulled from my mouth. So then I tried again to report it through Uber Eats hoping for a different outcome but to no surprise they didn’t do anything again. I ordered Tiger Shrimp Pad Thai. That came with an app and I got the Gyoza. I also ordered a large salad, one spring roll, and peach sticky rice. I’d say 80% of my food went into the trash because I didn’t see the glass the first time and I was uncomfortable continuing to eat from a place that had just gashed the gums of my mouth open and afraid there was more glass in my food.
If I could give this restaurant a half a star I would! 1st off From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was off! 2nd off it took our FOOD FOREVER 3rd The crab Rangoon was terrible flat small and tasteless ! Last but not least the main meal was not very good at all!! not to mention we waiting 42 mins for it . We agreed to pay for the appetizer but we took one bite of main meal and didn’t enjoy that what so ever so asked it to be taken back ! Even tho we did not eat nor want the food Manager insisted us pay half the tab!!!! FYI WE DID NOT ORDER ALOT OF FOOD I GOT NOODLES MY BF GOT CHICKEN ? How is this alot of food ?
Hands down, the best Thai food in Knoxville!

My favorite pad Thai and spring rolls their new restaurant in north knox is so cute. Glad they are closer to my house.
Friendly, helpful staff, clean comfortable tables, and delicious food. I will definitely return soon. I had the green curry with rice, and it was delicious! There was enough leftover to take home for dinner.
