Visited tonight and they had one teenager working. She was very calm and did a great job. However, everyone had to wait 20- 25 minutes. The management at this location is terrible placing teenagers under pressure from customers having to wait extremely long times. Where are the managers? Saw multiple people including myself leave after waiting excessive times for ice cream. Poorly managed.
George at Jeremiah’s does an amazing job for his age, and you can tell he really cares about doing things right. He’s got that kind of personality that makes people notice him right away—he’s funny, confident, and has a vibe that stands out, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable. Even though he’s younger, he already shows the kind of presence that makes customers feel welcome.
On top of that, George’s service is genuinely impressive. He’s quick, polite, and always makes sure everything is handled perfectly, which is why I’d call his service a 10/10 without hesitation. Jeremiah’s is lucky to have someone with his energy and work ethic on their team, and it’s clear he’s going to keep making a great impression on everyone who stops by.

I'm sooo sorry that I didn't take the opportunity to take pictures of the ice-cream i got the other day. I got the Bullfrog size and,man have to say, that has got be the largest ice-cream I've ever had in a cup. It was a monster!! I will be visiting this place again very near future. Check out their website and see what great options they offer. I could not say enough good things about my experience there. An absolute wonderfull staff and a great product.
