This was my first time actually being in the store at a Jersey Mike's Subs. I ordered two cold subs and a hot sub. One of the cold Subs was on a gluten-free roll. I was very impressed at the way they took steps to ensure there was no cross contamination when assembling the gluten-free sandwich. Flavor was great and the role held together fairly well. My only complaint is that it took 20 minutes after our cold Subs were completed before the hot sub was ready. There was just...
They seemed interested in making the sub they wanted to make for me not what I ordered. Quality was high, staff was nice, but seemed more interested in getting the sandwich made and my money then listening to my order. One tap on the soda machine was broken and another the syrup was out and they seem uninterested in that information as I had already paid. But sub tasted good and was made quickly.

After leaving the Jersey Mikes located in downtown Knoxville for unfriendly service and lack of allergen care, this Jersey Mikes was very refreshing! (I left a poor review there, and I hope they can take some notes from Kingston Pike.)
