Good food but they are always *so slow*. some of the workers literally move at a snail’s pace. It is hard to watch, especially when you are grabbing ‘fast food’ because you are in a hurry. But no other complaints. Location is always clean.
Vegetarian options: Two options on the menu, can’t complain!

Very mean personel. Asked for my sub to have the meat grilled (every jersey mikes i have ever been to does) they rwfused said the have rwa chicken on the grill. Do not go to this Jersey Mikes. The one in Oak Ridge is much nicer and will grill your meat.

New GM, Statia, goes out of her way to make this new Farragut restaurant shine! They take customer service to a new level and we are glad to have them in Farragut to offer a refreshing and nutritious alternative to fast food!
I came in 15 minutes before closing, and the crew was wonderful! You could tell they were cleaning up for the night but still seemed beyond happy to take my order and put my sandwiches together with care. Enthusiastic and friendly. Great sandwiches as usual. Thanks guys!

So happy to finally have a Jersey Mike's back out west! Ever since the location on Lovell and Deerbrook next to Wasabi closed down and became a Lenny's subs we've had to travel all the way to Bearden. This location has been needed for years. We will be frequenting this location a whole bunch! Thanks Jersey Mike's for coming back out west!
