This place rocks!!! The manager is super hard working. He always gives you a pleasant experience that Mike himself would be proud of. The mustached worker in the afternoons is also super handsome.

So I ordered food from this location through my app and they used doordash to deliver it well doordash I'm guessing didn't have a driver or something to that effect so it took them a couple hours to show up with my food the manager Stacia was so caring and compassionate. She personally reached out to me let me know when they pick my food up and let me know that it should be to me soon she even said if I wasn't satisfied with my food since by the time it would get to me would probably be cold she would see what she could do for me talk about going above and beyond I did finally receive the food and it's warm enough for me to eat I'm not really that worried about it but it's been a while since I've dealt with such great customer service from any fast food restaurant so Stacia definitely deserves recognition

I ordered two sandwiches and one of them was a #17 cheesteak sandwich. The sandwich was severely lacking in steak and toppings. Definitely not worth the money I spent.

If you order in person at the restaurant they do an amazing job. If you order it online to be delivered, it's strikingly horrific compared to if you order in person. And I've ordered a few times online and so it was not an isolated incident.
