trying to get food at the Farragut location on my lunch break. they keep the dining room closed but won't allow us to walk through the drive through. we have a large truck and trailer that will not fit. terrible service. if you cannot run the business then close it down or pay people better.
45 min is not freaky fast. especially when you pre order to be delivered. never got my food...no phone call.
no apology. person who answered the phone was incredibly rude.
that location would be a good place for a real sandwich shop.
