“Lots of thoughts! The acai base was extremely good- very thick and almost stretchy. Not a fan of the pitaya base, it was pretty icy. The bruschetta toast was very tart, too much so for me but my sister loved it. The avocado toast was generous with the avocado. The avocado spread was pretty tangy, but the honey drizzle on top complimented the tanginess nicely. The bowl was $14.50 and each toast was $6.50.“

“I visited Rocky Top Nutrition for the first time today! I tried the birthday cake protein shake after an employee recommended it to me, but I didn’t care for it at all. It was very icy instead of creamy, and hardly had any flavor, which was really disappointing for an expensive shake. I ended up throwing it away :(

“I came in today and it was super busy but the guy behind the counter was so nice. You could tell he was in a rush but also took the time to make sure he spelled my name the right way and was paying attention to the details. Idk his name but he had short brown hair and I came at 3.

The smoothie tasted great like always, and the music was good, the only thing that put me off was a wierd smell when I walked in. Definitely recommend visiting though!!“
