Kach is AWESOME he is a very polite, courteous,professional and genuinely nice person/employee. If you could clone Kach you would have the very best customer service team on the entire planet. KFC would benefit greatly if he were the regional/national employee customer service trainer,but then he wouldn't be at my local KFC. I dont know what his pay is but he deserves a pay increase.

Went through the drive thru and Kachadrian Hines was working the window. We had to wait for fresh chicken, but he gave us drinks while we waited. He was very polite and friendly. He has great customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Kach keep up the amazing job. He made returning customers out of my boyfriend and myself. This was the Broadway location in Knoxville, TN.

I haven't gotten KFC in awhile because the prices are so expensive now. I was really craving it & broke down. I got the 3 piece dark meat box with a biscuit, fries & slaw. I love their slaw & it was great. I also like the exclusive Mnt. Lighting peach Mnt. Dew. It was so expensive especially since I got it through Grubhub.
