I went to this restaurant around 8:30 this evening. I had a coupon for ten pieces of chicken for $14.99. The doors to the restaurant were locked. I got back in my car and pulled up to the drive in speaker and placed my order. I wanted all dark original recipe. I was informed they didn't have it. I asked how long it would take. I was then informed that they won't be cooking anymore chicken tonight. Your hours say you're open until 11:00 p.m. If you're not going to serve food until 11 just say you close at 9, even though I was there before 9. I went to your North Broadway store and got my order there.

I ordered two 16 piece family meal the lady told me they didn’t have that much I would have to wait 25 minutes for it I stated I would wait that was no issue the lady then proceeded to have an attitude and was very rude at the window told me she would have it out whenever to pull up just seemed lazy to me and not waiting to make the two large orders

Came to this KFC on February 27 at 6:20pm. We were going to go in but a worker saw us and said it was drive through only. Inconvenient but whatever. So we go through the drive through and I ask for the new Chizza. The lady then proceeds to tell me they do not have the chizza at this location even though the sign outside is advertising it. It's either lazy workers or false advertising, either one isn't great.My recent experiences with KFC haven't been great so I highly doubt I will ever be back to any location.

The girl working the window was great! She was very friendly! My only complaint is that the slaw was very soggy! The parking lot is full of holes! You better put it in 4x4 before going through the drive thru.

Tried to go in and order, but the main eating area was not open. Only the drive through was open. We tried to order through the drive-through, but we were unsuccessful. We tried to order 2 different things and we were told they didn't have them. We just gave up and found somewhere else to go. How can u be open and not have items listed on your menu.

I asked for extra sauce in the drive thru they said gotcha re asked at the window the said they put it in the bag get home 0 sauce try to call and the phone has been busy for well over 45 min so I assume they took it off the hook absolutely lazy service

I ordered the 5 count chicken nuggets but only got 4. Seriously??How hard is it to count to 5??I ordered a Coke to drink and she didn’t bother to ask if Pepsi was ok because they don’t sell Coke. So Pepsi and 4 nuggets is what I got at the drive through. Better service is needed here!
