Chicken was over $30 for a bucket and no skin was on the chicken. Chicken is tough and we can't eat it. Been trying to call over an hour, busy phone, I'm sure the phone is off the hook. This was dinner for the kids now what are they supposed to eat?

Despite this, the staff are polite, professional, and great with kids. The parking is usually ample, and wheelchair accessibility is excellent. The food was good, and the employees provided the best service they could, offering fresh and delicious meals. One staff member was especially kind, offering a free lemon cake and a free bucket of extra crispy chicken for a future visit. The young lady working the register was very nice and outgoing, giving great customer service. The young man who made the chicken prepared what was said to be the best chicken in years. Overall, it’s considered the best KFC location with consistently delicious food and friendly service, and the staff work hard to make sure customers have a great experience.
