We went to kfc tonight because we went last week around Monday or so and it was pretty darn good so we went back and I noticed the chicken had a odd smell but I kept eating and after I was done I asked the other people in my house if they smelled something to and they said yes i kinda forgot about it but a hour or so later my whole family has a stomach ache and stomach pain and the runs (sorry for the tmi) it is clear that is is the food and I will not be coming back

Staff was friendly. Food was piping hot and didn't take long to get it out. Wish they would update the restaurant and make it somewhere you wanted to take your family to eat a little more though. Just doesn't feel clean, dead bugs in the lamp fixtures, wobbly tables. Updated flooring would help a lot. One of the Colonel Sanders poster decorations stated he was an "amateur obstetrician" and that left me ?.Kid-friendliness: They had a big round table that seats six which was nice for our family.

This KFC is awful they were out of chicken when I went which I didn't mind to wait but when the guy brought out my food it looked as if he has not washed his hands or bathe in a month. This was really nasty. To top the cake the 12 piece only had 10 pieces of chicken and the green beans were burnt. We ended up just taking a lose and throwing the food away. Will not go back to this KFC ever again and I do not recommend any one go here until they get better management, cleaner employees, and better customer service

KFC shut down on the middle of Sunday with no signs or warnings. People were inside and were intentionally hiding from our doordasher. She wasted over a half hour of her time just sitting there. Completely unacceptable.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO GET FOOD HERE!!! I wish I could rate this store as -5!!!! I have had my second HORRIBLE experience and I won’t have a third because I’m now going to use Popeyes or Bojangles!! First, I ordered a large order on the app and when I went to pick it up they were closed!!! It was not even late!! I could tell someone was in there so I got someone’s attention at the window and they wrote my info down and said I could pick it up another day!?!?! So the large order that I made because I had guests needed to be picked up another day when my guests are there now??? They were not even sorry and very rude!! It was as if they were mad I even placed an order!!!Then yesterday, I ordered on the app again and this time when I went to pick up my order the doors were locked, no one came to the speaker in drive thru or to the phone!!! After 10-15 minutes of blowing and knocking on the window someone shows up and just casually told me sorry, she was washing dishes in the back and can’t hear anything. When I finally got my food another lady gave it to me and she casually told me thank you as she handed me my bag. I told her I have bed there for a long time and this was ridiculous! She looked at me like I was crazy??? And told me she was sorry (with an attitude) she was in the back and couldn’t hear, they have work to do in the back too! She wasn’t actually sorry I could see it on her face n in her voice! Just an attitude like she was mad at me!!!! I’m done with KFC!! I have never had such horrible service and this is ridiculous! A joke!!! And for them to literally just not care, not be sorry? Didn’t even offer me a drink, nothing! It’s not worth the frustration when there is a Popeyes and Bojangles right down the street!!

ordered 70$ worth of food they left out my chicken tenders. i called and they told me to come back and i got there and they called me a liar. the manager telling me he bagged it himself and they weren't in there..... he started yelling at cussing at the window acting like he was going to fight over the chicken tenders and acted like i was stealing them the first time. said i could come in and look at the cameras since i was a thief. such bullshit. i did not steal the chicken tenders and was cussed at. do not eat here. this restaurant is terrible with terrible customer service . negative star . so pathetic

Just went through the drive through, only to pay $50.00 and half our food is missing. Normally I always check my food but I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for our food and was just ready to get home. Have called approximately 15 times and can’t get anyone to answer the phone to make it right. Won’t be going back. Very disappointed.
