Every time something is out. The last time and tonight it was biscuits. Two other chicken options down the road. Id pick either over this kfc
The staff was friendly, and my order was ready when promised, which I appreciated. The lobby itself was clean and orderly.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was filthy, which is a major downside and hard to overlook. The parking lot has plenty of space, but it could use a good sweep as well.
Overall, there are some positives with staff and order readiness, but cleanliness issues — especially in the restroom — bring this location down significantly.

KFC is a friendly restaurant with piping hot food served quickly. The place could use some updates for a cleaner feel, and the dining room needed some attention. Despite this, the staff are polite, professional, and great with kids. The parking is usually ample, and wheelchair accessibility is excellent. The food was good, and the employees provided the best service they could, offering fresh and delicious meals. One staff member was especially kind, offering a free lemon cake and a free bucket of extra crispy chicken for a future visit. The young lady working the register was very nice and outgoing, giving great customer service. The young man who made the chicken prepared what was said to be the best chicken in years. Overall, it’s considered the best KFC location with consistently delicious food and friendly service, and the staff work hard to make sure customers have a great experience.
