Came by for breakfast on my way to work, while sitting at the drive through, an employee remote started their vehicle in the lot. No one ever came to take my order. Saw an employee exiting and riding home on his bike as we pulled on through after about 15 minutes. If you dont have the staff to be open you should probably close instead of labeling yourself as 24 hours.

We ordered almost 23 dollars worth of food and were served cold hard burgers twice. The top three were warm enough but the rest were unsatisfactory. We were told on our first trip and the return trip the grill was down for fifteen minutes yet our food came out within five minutes both times. After being sick for a week and unable to hold anything down we returned for a refund tonight, one week later. The general manager had to obtain permission from her manager to refund the cost. Our refund was short $4 when finally presented but we accepted it. The gm gave it us and went back in before we could count it.The employees were all very nice even though they were unable to accommodate our request until it was finally approved at nearly 1130 pm. We were so sick the entire week and the listed phone number was never answered. They said the phone didn’t work. We’ve both eaten from this brand since childhood, over fifty years. The quality of the food and what we suspect is the falsehood about the grill has severed our trust with the brand and we will never eat anything from any location. The fact that our refund was mostly returned in total and the employees attitudes are the only positive aspect of this experience. I now understand why so many locations have gone out of business. This is disgraceful, especially with the price of the food. Spend your money at the grocery store and save your digestive system.

The last 2 times I've been here I have not had the best experience. last time I ordered the 5 cheese krystal combo and instead I was given only 2 chicken sandwiches. I have not been impressed with this location unfortunately.

Went thru drive thru, got the 5 krystal cheese combo and the chic combo. Never got a reciept, didnot get the two chics. I returned and was gave a bag with the two chics, no napkins no reciept for the second time. When i pulled up to the intercom, i said i did not get my reciept either. The young man at the drive thru was friendly and did apoligize. When i got home (in blaine), the chilli cheese tots on the 5 krystals with cheese were fries! SO ONCE AGAIN, MY ORDER WAS WRONG. I WAS CHARGED $28.79... I NEVER GOT A RECIEPT TO SEE EXACTLY WHAT I WAS CHARGED FOR. VERY DISAPPOINTING...not to mention the food was not hot, but luke warm! Way too much $$$ for the lack of quality in food that i recieved. Not getting my reciept doesnot help either!

Went to order a Dr Pepper and Glazed bombs. I Encountered Mackenzie who was working and she is the absolute worst, disrespectful, rudest person I have ever had to deal with in fast food. I waited and waited and waited at the front counter and after I asked if anyone was working the front, she got completely defensive and loud. I know businesses are hard up for staff but she should not be working anywhere dealing with the public! She refused to give me the number to Corporate or Franchise owners like I asked but instead gave me the number to her manager. She is the epitome of bad customer service! Needless to say, I never placed my order.

The workers didn't put all the food I bought in the bag and when I went back they would not give me what they forgot to put in. They don't answer the phone also. And they don't wear gloves and cough in their hands.

Went through drive through, and everything was absolutely yummy and definitely satisfied. The service window lady was very nice. We got our order quickly. We did ask for Dr Pepper but received a coke instead. Didn't realize until Wed already driven away, but the hubby drank it anyways. Mistakes happen & we get it and next time we'll just take a sip of our drink before pulling out. So glad we have a Krystal in our area!♡
