It is 4:45pm on Oct. 28,2020 at the Millertown Krystal in Knoxville Tn. I just wanted to give a shout to the drive thru Attendant for being so kind. And my good was served very quickly. Most drive thru services elsewhere are a bit rude but she was exemplary. Thanks!

This Krystal's restaurant was very dirty and nasty. The bathrooms were disgusting. The customer service was even worse. I ordered chili cheese fries and on a chili cheese fries there was no chili I had to pay 250 for extra chili!!! I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to speak with me the cashier that was taking my order was rude to the kids because they couldn't make them mind up but there was no line behind us and when he ordered a milkshake it was the wrong...

Service was friendly and fast, I'd say about 1 in 5 I got meh service here. Food was delicious and fresh, however, I do think this restaurant is over priced for what it is. I love the food, but it will have to be a special occasion for us to get it. Costs too much.

Vegetarian options: Not much in the way of vegetarian food

Dietary restrictions: If you're looking for carbs, this is your place.
