The Manager that took my order had me to wait for fresh fries so I just knew the Krystal's that I had been craving for days would be fresh and delicious as well. Boy was I WRONG! The bread was toasted yet the burger was cold, so disappointing, and did I mention I had been craving them for days!

The food was not very good, the "lady" at the register seemed very aggravated that we even came there, there were only 2 families in the place. The order was wrong, and the fountain drink tasted funny. The fries were good, though. I didn't expect much from Krystal's, but this was below average.

I ordered a couple double Krystals, fries, and a drink. The Krystal’s were made wrong, they gave me the wrong drink, and the fries were burned. The lady apologized about them being made wrong and the wrong drink but tried to argue regarding the fries, saying they’re supposed to be a little darker..I never heard of that.. They’re supposed to be GOLDEN BROWN not BLACK!! I wish I had taken a photo of those fries; it was truthfully disgraceful, and her arguing with me about the fries really ruined the atmosphere. I could hear her talking garbage about customers. She was saying, “These dang customers are a thorn in my side.” Lady..Those “dang customers” ultimately pay your wages! She needs some coaching. The double Krystal’s were just simply alright, nothing to write home about. I was passing through Knoxville and decided to give them a try for the first time. It will likely be my last time.

Ordered food. Got food in a very fast manner. Service was good, and so was the food.
Kid-friendliness: UPDATED Yeah just hope the staff don't start roasting your kids. They think they got jokes. And don't order a shake they will make the new person make it because and claim they don't wanna get messy. I think they really don't know by how they all tried there hardest to pass it off to someone else and the one I got sucked. I mean there was nothing wrong with it but I wanted Strawberry and on god y'all and merchants must not even order strawberry anymore. Every single time. I think I got m&M's or some B's maybe peanut butter but it wasn't even in the same league as strawberry. If this made y'all's day/night I forget the exact wording then y'all should make mine and gimme a free large strawberry shake. In the biggest cup y'all got. No need for a coupon I'll be in there tomorrow to collect. You'll know it's me.
If this place isn’t open 24 hours, it needs to be adjusted online! I ordered from here on DoorDash, obviously bc it was OPEN, I then waited 30 minutes just for the driver to get to Krystal’s and cancel my order bc it was closed. This is ridiculous.

I really don't like drive through so we went inside, there was only 1 other person there waiting for his food. I placed my order then sat down and waited,waited and waited. The drive through customers were getting their orders but not us. I went to the counter so the servers could see me and still no one said anything. I did not see any reason for the delay. By now there were a few more customers inside and placed their orders. Finally after 14 minutes my food came out with all the others. Very disappointed in the service and the food.
