Finally got the gravy recipe right! Thank you!
I've never expected a lot out of Krystal, but what I can say is the building seems pretty clean. Only thing I found wrong was that there was a leak in the ceiling that was dripping right beside my table. Plus the ice tea is kept behind the counter. And I have to keep asking for refill.... Don't know what that's all about. It's just tea? (Water)
I'd come back cause I like the Krystal Burgers & Fries. 😋

Krystal is a quick and convenient spot for lunch breaks, with efficient service for busy customers. While the staff can be humorous, there might be some challenges with special orders like shakes. The food quality is excellent, and the friendly atmosphere makes it a recommended spot, especially for late-night cravings. The restaurant is known for its hot food and clean restrooms, and the staff can be friendly and prompt, providing spoken service with a smile. Customers have praised the professionalism and reliability of the staff, often assisting with large orders and making sure food is packaged to keep warm. However, there have been reports of rude service, such as an incident at the drive-thru where a customer felt the staff was disrespectful. Overall, Krystal remains a popular choice for simple, comfort food, especially during busy times or special events.
