I just went through the drive-thru and the lady that took my card was absolutely rude. After I told her I had just gotten gas, pulled out, parked, and waited for three minutes so that the surcharge for getting gas was taken off, I pulled back around to pay for my food. She then slung my food on the counter. Absolutely horrible service; I will never return.

The service was very good and the lady who took order was friendly and prompt. If I had her name I would say clone her. We'll spoken service with a smile. The food was hot and the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. I live in the southwest now so I hadn't been to a Krystals in decades. They did a great job!

I ordered 100 hamburgers and 50 cheese pups for a reception. The staff was professional, kind, and reliable. The order was completed on time, packaged to keep food warm, and they assisted me to the car. Sometimes you need simple, comfort food and Krystals are the treat. I am grateful for their timely kindness preparing for an important event.
