Just moved to Knoxville and heard about this place from family for their Paletas (ice cream pops), because it is near the Re-store. Wife and I tried it and she had a Mango bar and I had coconut. These were the BEST we've ever had!! Took kids next day and they had rice pudding pop, yogurt and fruit pop, but we also tried some of their awesome looking scoop ice cream flavors like ferrero rochet chocolate, mexican candy (like a dulce de leche), and my wife had Rum Raisin. Amazing!!...
Update: We have visited La Michoacana several times over the years and it's always great. We have tried other Mexican Ice-cream shops in the area and they don't cone close to the quality here.
