This place is fire! It is super authentic food and it’s connected to a grocery store too. I haven’t tried anything bad here but all of their meat options are so good. They have the best pastor that I’ve had in Knoxville and a wider variety of meats than anywhere else that I’ve found. I just need to go back and try some lamb barbacoa that had sold out.
If you like good authentic Mexican food THIS PLACE is a MUST stop. It’s a small place and if you go during lunch you might be waiting for a spot. It was PACKED when we went. I could eat this every single day. The tacos were perfect. The chips and salsa were perfect !
Delicious, fast, authentic cuisine. I very much enjoyed the atmosphere, but if humble, hole in the wall places aren't your speed, this might not be for you. That being said, service was above an beyond. I placed a to go order in the busiest part of the afternoon. They were slammed and still got my meal to me in less than 15 minutes, all the while bringing me chips and salsa and iced water with lime that I'd not even asked for. Great treatment all around.
