Lilou offers an exceptional dining experience with a menu featuring delectable appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Highlights include the scallops, duck, truffle macaroni, and the famous parmentier de canard. Customers describe the food as "absolutely delicious and perfection." The attentive and friendly service, with a welcoming atmosphere, enhances the overall experience. Guests appreciate the accommodating menu, especially for those avoiding gluten, and the extensive by-the-glass wine selection. Desserts, such as the gateau Basque, are delightful. The beautiful decor and warm atmosphere make Lilou a top choice for both local residents and visitors. Recent reviews mention the escargot, described as a favorite for flavor and texture, served in a delicious earthy and sweet herbal mixture. The 8oz wagyu flank steak was ordered, with an alternative sauce offered for the fries. Profiteroles were enjoyed as a perfect sweet and savory dessert. Other popular dishes include the Rossini, a melt-in-your-mouth filet with fois gras and the best potatoes, and the Beef Bourguigon, a wonderful home-cooked meal. The restaurant also offers tasty cocktails and an extensive wine list, although some find it a little overpriced.
