Pizza is not cooked long enough. I ordered the pretzel crust with pepperoni. It was still to doughy. I recommend resetting your conveyor belt oven to make it hotter and add a little more time to the cook process.
First off, our pizza from the Hardin Valley location was delicious. However, after ordering online more than an hour before I was to pick it up, I still ended up waiting about 30 minutes standing in the restaurant until it was ready. There were 3 workers in the place, one of which was training, one appeared to be just out of training, and the other seemed overwhelmed by the volume of customers coming in.
