I used the online ordering app 30 minutes ago. 10 minutes ago I got an email it was ready. I go in to pick it up, and shocker, it wasn't even cooked yet. It had just gone in the oven.
Really poor service.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza, supposedly hot and ready between 4-8pm. The cashier said they didn’t have any ready but some were being cooked. This was at 6:26. A line formed after me where the cashier basically ignored them, in the 12 minutes I was there she only took one other persons order. I watched my pizza come out at 6:33, I saw her slice it a put it in a box. I watched her get several other orders (door dash and such) ready.
