Loco Burro Fresh Mex Cantina and Tequila Bar

Disappointed that this restaurant only gives service due to “double seat”. Seems the employees matter more than a paying customer. Customers don’t see this, all we know there is an open booth. Must be nice to be doing so well that loco burro doesn’t need anymore money and can turn away customers with a smile. Great job on keeping me in the “not coming back” crowd. Too many other choices around I will be going there. Chilis is great and the customers feel wanted and appreciated. See ya!

Went to the Loco Burro for their Wednesday deals and rooftop bar. Arrived at 7:40pm and requested to sit at the rooftop patio to find out they stop seating at 7:30pm, why advertise that you are open until 9pm, to sip on your rooftop patio, if you close your section at 7:30? Certainly a damper and disappointment. The hostess was dismissive and unapologetic to the request. Honestly why advertise the rooftop if it's not open to be seated until you close? I attached a photo of their misleading advertisement at their table claiming to enjoy a margarita on their rooftop (which we were unable to do). Our server was wonderful and the food was good, especially the complimentary salsas. Just really upset with the hostess and lack of being able to enjoy a rooftop margarita. Again, don't advertise it if you're not going to follow through with the expectation of outdoor seating.

famous authentic Tex-Mex it was delicious. I had the burrito beef brisket, and it was on point. It was nice to sit on the balcony to get a Birdseye view of downtown Gatlinburg. Our server Shericka was super friendly, great attitude and knew the menu well! Thank you!

A note to kitchen staff; tomato sauce is not a marinade. Well... not a good one at least. The food here is just flat out gross. Which is unfortunate because 2ish years ago it was great. But now it tastes like they water down their salsa and recycle ketchup.
