I did not visit the store. I did, however, buy the summer box for a gift. My daughter-in-law, LOVED them. She said, the strawberry wasn't her fav. But, the rest were so so good! Sorry, I wasn't there when she opened and tasted. So, no pics or videos. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE ORDERING AGAIN SOON! Thank you for helping me to present a wonderfully tasty gift to her!

Ordered online, cakes were ok, but if there liquor was added it was very little. You can make them yourself no problem. I ordered thinking it would be a good Christmas gift exchange, but really not worth it for the price. Disappointed but that is my opinion. Also from reading the review responses from the company they are not interested in any constructive feedback. But that is also their prerogative.

Something I will never try again. Presentation a mess not properly done very inadequate. I was underwhelmed. Ive even sent an email no reply. Wasted $100. Small square pieces of cake jars not full not enough icing. Lulu cakes staff sincerely played in my face.

I ordered five cakes. They arrived on time, but all 5 pretty much tasted the same. The vanilla bourbon tasted like banana. The Oreo cookie mudslide didn’t have any chunks of Oreos and really tasted like all the other cakes. The pineapple upside down one was very dry. Very disappointed in these.

I ordered their summer smash box. It’s a buy 4 get 4 free which if you do the math it really isn’t. Their jars run $12.95 each and the box was $63.28. I thought it would be a good way to get to know their company. I got two mystery jars and two of the jars all ready in the box. Was a bit disappointed. The two mystery ones you can’t even figure out what they are as there is nothing on them to let you know. So if they want feed back to if they might be a good to sell you can’t. I tried to scan the QR code but it was covered by other writing. I also built my own box. Did two non-alcoholic cakes and two with and one of their butters. When it all came in it was very hot. So I sent an email to let them know and explain my thoughts and disappointment. I was sent back an email saying how rude and disrespectful I was. I had gotten free product and shouldn’t complain. (Even though I did buy more than the one box.) I was worried about eating items that came to me hot. I was disappointed in the fact that I got multiples of the same items. I will not be ordering from this company again. I am all about helping small businesses. Not when they respond to my email in the manner that they did.
